Responsibilities:
1. Greet and interact with customers both in-person and over the phone.
2. Process and take orders for on-site , telephone, and online customers.
3. Handle payment transactions accurately.
4. Pack and double-check takeout orders to ensure order accuracy.
5. Maintain a clean and orderly checkout area and dining space.
6. Assist in resolving any customer inquiries or issues with a positive attitude.
Requirements:
1. Prior experience as a cashier or in a customer-facing role is preferred.
2. Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
